+ How will my trainer know what program is right for me? - Prior to beginning any program, we will set you up on a free consultation.  During your consultation, we will ask you specific questions regarding your health and fitness history as well as conduct a health and fitness evaluation that will help us determine which program will be right for you.  All of our training programs are tailored specifically to meet each client's specific goals, fitness and nutrition needs.

+ What can I expect from my personal trainer? - Our personal trainers are highly skilled and nationally certified and have many roles when it comes to working with our clients.  Your personal trainer will educate, motivate and inspire you to get healthy and fit.  He/she will help you establish specific goals, design an individualized program just for you and help insure that you stay on track so you get the results you are looking for. 

+ What about nutrition? - The modern misconception is that you can eat whatever you want as long as you exercise on a daily basis....Sorry to say that is not true.  Exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand and in fact, nutrition accounts for about 80% of your health and fitness results.  Based upon "specific to you" criteria, you will receive a personalized nutritional guideline that will insure you start seeing results within the first 2 weeks.  All of our programs come with nutritional planning, however if this is all you are looking for then we can do that too!

+ What is boot camp? - Our boot camps are designed for weight loss, focusing on the body as a whole.  With the use of free weights, body weight trainers, battle ropes, physio balls, exercise bands etc. you can expect a full body workout!  You will train in a fun, motivating environment.  It doesn't matter what your fitness level is, boot camp is perfect for anyone 15 and over who is looking for fast results!  Lose weight, tone and firm, increase your cardiovascular and feel great doing it!  

+ Is boot camp only for the physically fit? - Absolutely not!  We have a wide range of fitness levels and everyone works at their own pace.  If you have a limitation we will work with you to modify the exercise so that you can keep moving!

+ Who are the sports performance classes for? - Our sports classes are for ages 8 and up, from the weekend warrior to the professional athlete.

+ When does my child train in the sports performance class and what can they expect? - Each sports class is a minimum of 2x per week unless otherwise scheduled.  Ages 8-13 meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30pm and ages 14-18 meet Mondays from 4:30-5:30pm and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00pm.  Team sports must be scheduled independently.  

We provide up-to-date education, cutting edge training techniques, conditioning and coaching in a fun, motivation training environment.  Your child can expect to learn the key essentials to maximize their athletic goals and potential in order to become a top athlete in any sport.  We will train your child to get fit, prevent injury and outperform the competition.

We will prehab the body to keep your child injury free, re-educate the body to create effective movement patterns, and restore joint mobility and neuropathways.

+ How much does training cost? - We have many different programs available, one to fit almost anyone.  There are specific criteria that will determine the investment of your program.

  • How frequently you want to come in (2-5 times per week)
  • The type of program you are looking for (bootcamp, group training, 1-on-1 training, membership, sports performance training, etc)
  • How quickly you want to achieve your goals
  • The length of program you need in order to reach your goals

+ Should I consult my physician prior to starting a program? - You should always consult your primary care physician before starting a health and fitness program.  Safety is our number one priority aside from getting you results.  It is very important that you provide your trainer with any injuries, health concerns or restrictions you may have prior to beginning a program.
